b. For all clinically significant results and test reports, we will proactively contact the patient via a text message.
c. The text message will inform the patient that their results are ready and request them to schedule an appointment with their Dr Rita Tadros.
d. In accordance with RACGP requirements, Dr Rita Tadros will attempt to contact the patient up to three times.
2. Patient Engagement:
a. We encourage patients to be actively involved in their healthcare.
b. For continuity of care, we ask that all results are reviewed with Dr Rita Tadros (although other practitioners maybe available).
c. This personalised discussion ensures a comprehensive understanding of the results, allows for any necessary explanations, and facilitates appropriate follow-up actions.
